  1. Ok, a little late but here we go... I want to keep doing the following things: 1. Track all my expanses with ynab. This worked well last challenge. 2. No social media on my phone. Messengers are ok. Deleted all the social media apps in August and it was quite an improvement for my life. My focus and my mood have improved and i get a lot more reading done. 3. Don't drink any calories. Stick to Water, Coffee with Milk and unsweetend tea. 4. Post Daily Updates either here or on the academy facebook group. Here are the things i want to add during this challenge: 5. Use a Daylight Lamp at least every workday morning. Winter is coming and i tend to get moody. I want to use a daylight lamp for 30 minutes in the morning. 6. Fix my bike and ride to battle (aehm work... :-) ). When my grandma moved into her retirement home i got her old bicycle. I want to fix it (flat tire) and start using it to go to work. As work is about 10 - 12 kilometers (between 6.2 and 7.4 miles) away, i will start with third of the way and than switch to the subway. I'm taking a month to get used to this and than go for two thirds of way and so on. So in three months, i want to go the whole way to work with my bicylce. 7. Don't miss taiji training. I've skipped some classes due to work and other excuses. That stops and i will be on time.
