I'm Just getting started back up again after too long away so we're keeping this very simple.... 1) Exercise three days a week or more. Personal choice - usually split between cycling and weight work of some kind. STR 2/ Sta 3 2) lose 5 lbs. - starting weight is 230.8# Cha 3/ CON 1 3) no more than three adult beverages per week. Cha 2 / Wis 1 4) spend more time drawing. I have a hard time allowing myself time to just sit and sketch to increase my skills, so I think 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes. Technical drawings count as I need to spend some time doing these as well. WIS 3

After a week long stint of solo roofing that left me completely drained of energy and no small amount of aches, I'm finally getting back in the swing of things... So here we go : 1)Lose 5 lbs - starting weight 226.2 / waist 47.25" CHA 3 / DEX 1 2)Exercise 4 Days a week - this is free form. I'm training to be run a 5K by mid August but am prone to knee injuries, my progress is on a run-by-run basis. Plus I really prefer cycling.... STA 3 / STR 2 3)Limit adult beverages to three per week. CON 2 4)complete 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain'. I've started and stalled with this educational book twice now. I've been wanting to improve my drawing skills for years and this is going to make me more focused in my approach. I have six chapters left to go with the included exercises - about 100 pages of text. So about 20 pages per week should do it. WIS 4
