  1. This is my third challenge as an Adventurer. My dream is to some day be Ranger, combining endurance with strength and wisdom. My loves are studying nature (I teach as a nature guide), walking, cycling (touring bike style), skiing (cross country), and baseball (watching). Being outdoors is therapeutic for me. I endure indoor workouts to build the strength and stamina to do things outside. One of the best workout books I ever found was called Outdoor Fitness by Tina Vindum (ski racer, olympian) who tossed her indoor workouts in favor of doing all workouts outdoors, and found herself in the best shape of her life. I love this combination of functional training in the outdoors. Climb on board the team and in 6 weeks we will just all be in a stronger, healthier and more harmonious state! cheers, Honeysuckle
