  1. My total lack of conditioning and build up of mass attributable to being a slacker during the ensuring months since my last treasure hunt shall no longer be. I am now mentally and emotionally prepared to take the world by storm. After reading an excellent article on Lifehacker, I decided to sign right up. I have the following chains that I shall not break. My rebellious goals align with them directly. I'm going to restart with a fresh mind and make the smallish changes that will last. Goal #1 -Eat Clean and Fuel the Machine +2 CON Booze only the weekend No sugary drinks whatsoever No fast food whatsoever Goal #2 - Work the Machine +2 STR, +2 DEX, +2 STA Sunday is for running Monday through Friday are for T-25 Goal #1 - Enhance Your Calm +1 WIS Evenings are for meditation Week 1: 5 minutes per day Week 2: 10 minutes per day Week 3: 15 minutes per day Week 4: 20 minutes per day
