  1. Hey guys, I wanted to tap into the collective Assassin Brain here and ask for your input. I'm planning on building an iPhone app [eventually android too] for parkour workouts. It's going to be free, and I'm hoping really fun. I havn't even built my first iphone app yet, so this is a ways off [although this is what I am planning to do for work eventually]. But I'm in the planning stage, and I've always found that having a fun project makes learning a new programming language a lot faster. I really like the format of the Gain Fitness app as far as the way it walks you through it, and for customizing your workout plan, but I wanted to build something parkour-specific, similar to the WOD from APK. I was also toying with the idea of making some sort of storyline aspect like Zombies, Run. [but obviously not zombies, becuase that is already taken.] So my question is this: What would YOU like to see as a feature of an iPhone parkour app? in addition to workouts, something like a mapping feature for user-imputed jam sites? I'm open to any ideas, i'm in the brainstorming phase!

Just want to let everyone know I have started putting up instructional videos on my youtube channel so everyone can benefit from getting detailed information on performing all different types of exercises in the gym. I have put up quite a bit now and will be filming more to put up very soon (today hopefully). They are organized in playlists by body part.   3. Hi! Althought this isn't technically my first challenge, I took part in the last one for the last two weeks. I am going to count it as my first challenge. Main goal: - Finish the C25K program and continue to run for 30mins every other day gradually increasing speed Side Goals: - Complete the 200 sit ups challenge - Complete the 200 squats challenge Life Goal: - Get through all of my exams in one piece
