  1. Hello. I have reached a point in my fitness journey where I don't know what to do. I have always been very slender (5'8", 115lbs) I have started my weight gain journey consuming weight gain shakes both Optimum Nutrition Mass and sometimes Boost Plus and eating a moderate protein based diet. I do weight training (occasionally) and natural cardio (walking, cycling and stairs) I have noticed some weight gain as I am now fluctuating around 120lbs. Is there any special workout i should do or another way to workout? (if possible without big diet changes from a normal healthy diet)
  4. Hi everyone! I'm 21 y.o., female and I'm 98 lbs. 98 lbs for 5'2" is quite underweight for my height (108-115lbs is the normal range) and I want to gain some weight but do it using the healthiest and most sustainable way possible, which is ofcourse, done through a proper diet and regular exercise. I run 30 mins on and off but I started doing it on a much more regular basis 2 weeks ago. i started noticing that my legs are improving but my arms felt like they need to catch up, so I decided to hit the gym the other day and I was taught by a friend to use the machines. I really loved the feeling o
  5. Dear Awesome Moms of the Rebellion, I'm Kim - a mom in training (read: 19 weeks pregnant with my first kiddo). I eat clean, I used to do the body weight routines and walk or hike a couple times a week (since preggo, it's been a little more walking than anything else). Other than the sheer terrified panic I feel about being responsible for a tiny human, I feel pretty good. But I have a problem... I am not gaining weight. I started this thing at 136lbs +/- 1. As of this morning, I'm at 140.5lbs. My midwife wants me to be at least at 143lbs by now. Before my last check up, I totally weig
