I had plans for rebuilding my fitness and nutrition habits starting with this challenge, but then I realized the baby's due date is the last day of the challenge. She may come early or late, but any habits I try and start are going to need adaptation when the baby comes. So my goal is to be as healthy as possible for this period of five weeks.
