My last challenge was simple with a singular focus and I was successful. I will be doing that again this challenge.
My challenge goal: Eat more fruits and vegetables
That's it.
I will keep using Noom to track the increase in fruit and veggie intake as well as exercise and my weight. I go in for arthroscopic hip surgery to clean out my janky hip on April 16th. So exercise is less of a concern until PT starts. I will keep moving as much as possible but that is more of a mood regulator than anything else.
