  1. This challenge is really just a continuation of the previous challenge, a little fine tuned. Nothing fancy. Main Quest: My main quest is spelled out in my roadmap for 2016. It encompasses my goals for 2016. All my challenges for this year will be geared toward getting me closer to those goals. This challenge's goals - simple and straightforward: Bulletproof Bracelets Manage food intake. This means stay within macros - 1600 calories, carbs less than 120g, protein at least 100g. Preferably, I'd like to leave some calories at the end of the day, 100-150 but I'll just be mindful of what I need. Balance this with allowing occasional small variances for sanity's sake. Amazonian Strength Strength training 3 times a week. Probably Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. No exceptions. Lasso of Truth Rucking 3 times a week. No distance requirement, just get out there. Probably Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Tiara Yoga/stretching on rest day, once a week - Monday Work on FlyLady routines KonMari wardrobe Read Steve's book Villain Face-Off Battle Wonder Woman still has villains that need to be defeated. I'll be continuing with the same villain sign up sheet from last challenge. Each villain is represented by another NF rebel. In order to win the battle against the villain, I will need to declare 2 additional goals from the 4 goal categories above and compete against the supervillain’s own goals. I will declare my goals at the beginning of the week once the villain is selected and challenge my fellow rebel to set their goals. Highest score or closest to 100% wins the Face-Off. 1 stat point awarded for every Wonder Woman win and whichever skill best matches the goal category. I’ll be posting the villain sign up sheet shortly so if you are interested in a Face-off battle, stay tuned.
  2. Is Green Good? All of you might know, I am Phytomancer, the Mover of Earth and Worshiper of Viruna the Rain. I am the priest of nature, and rain gardens are my temples. I am to take back the cities from Urbaniads' filthy grasp. And Urbaniads must have know, for they sent plague out to get me. I wilted and turned dormant, but I never died. Spring is coming, and it's great to be back. Urbaniads had their plaything, people. They can be a bit selfish sometimes, and that's not nice to nature... However, this time, I am not going to fight her alone, for I am no longer a little minion at heart. I summon my villain companies, who oddly, enjoy the green color as much as I do... They seem to be happy to come back from the shadowrealms they hid in. In summoning them to help take over the earth from Urbaniads, here is what I must do... Long Term Goals 9,000 words of writing [Academic+creative combined] These villains aren't great friends. They tended to be a bit self-centered. I must come up with compelling stories and arguments to win them over... 900 chin ups/ push ups/ squats I should also show dominance over these villains. They must work under my power. But after the long time of slumber, my magic is cra--p *ahem* not fully recovered. I must display physical prowess and hint the powerful magical command. This maybe expanded later if the goal is reached before the challenge is over. 90 miles of jogging/ walking I must travel long to gather the followers. 90 miles is a start. 9 vegetarian meals [ vegan meals count as 1.5 ] Just to eat greener. We villains love greens after all... Daily goals 0. Write 1 hr after waking up 5 days a week Studies show that habitual writing leads to successful academic career. I am going to try this out. 1. Sleep at least 7 hours a day. No excuses. 2. Eat NoS diet: That is, no snack, no sweet, no second-- except in S days. Substitute any craving with herbal tea. This one will be very strict for the first two weeks, but will be more lenient as I am used to it. 3. Eat greens everyday. (How many times I have to tell you we villains like the color green? You know how many villianous ladies "secretly" fall in love with Green Arrow? I guess we don't really do subtlety) Phew, it's a lot to tackle alongside with regaining my magic, but let's see how this can be done, The battle has began in this week 0!
