  1. Lessons learned from last challenge lead to a changed format. I have ONE goal for this challenge. Trying out a 'keystone' habit structure. Let's see how it goes. Wake up at 7am, no phone or computer for the first two hours of the day. I may also need to explore speaking with a professional about how to get myself out of the pit of nihilism and boredom I've managed to dig, both in life and career. TBD, still unsure about this, since I will be struggling with A) my own arrogance that I already know what to do,; B ) my lack of respect for authority (until earned); and C) my utter lack of interest in chatting with a random stranger about my life and stuff. If I continue to mull this over and find it as a bad option, I need to find something else to help change things up. No need to take a break between challenges, the last decade has been a break already... So, time to start! _____________________________ _____________________________ Aug 05 - The U.S. Secret Service uses Belgian Malinois dogs to guard the grounds of the White House. _____________________________ _____________________________ Aug 06 - Assistance Dogs of America helps children and adults with disabilities achieve greater independence by training and placing service and therapy dogs to assist with the individual's daily needs.
