Good day Monks! Sorry this is late! Our Street Fighter of the week is ChunLi. She has the most amazing legs. How does she get them? Kicking ALL the things (though we've already done that mini challenge) and cool stances like this: So, the challenge for this week is stances. For those in the striking martial arts, I believe that Horse Stance is traditional If you're really hardcore, go in for this kid's version: For the grapplers, either go with Horse Stance or try the second position below. Your feet should be closer together, but you need to get your hips down. For anyone who would not find either of those useful/feasible, bring in one from your own martial art or there is also the classic wall sit. Post your best times below!
