  1. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe,Catch a tiger by the toe.If he hollers, let him go,My mother said to pick the very best one and you are NOT it. For two weeks we're going to let go of old resolutions and habits that no longer serve us.That's right. If it doesn't work, it's outta here! How many resolutions have you have tried to do only to realize two weeks later or two months later that:it was too big,it was nothing you truly wanted, you weren't ready for, but tried it anyway? There is a social shaming that happens every year. We mean well and it's great when it does happen, but all too often I hear about how the resolution is in response to not doing what's good for us during the holidays or the whole last year. Does that mean...I will do (fill in blank) this year... because I sucked at it all the years before?!NO! Of course it isn't.It's a new beginning, not torture for old actions and decisions! To use the words of a wise man - 'let go of the past [resolutions/habits/beliefs/shame/anything that no longer works in our favor] and come up with [manageable] habits for the future, not resolutions which are short and easily forgotten by February, but lasting change based on a firm commitment to oneself. 1 Here here, I concur! Do you? What things do you do that you can respond to now by saying, "Thank you for getting me this far in life. I owe you gratitude. You are released and I am ready to create a new way of being for the next part of my journey." SO!!! When you:runswimbikeexercisedo mobilitydo physical therapy workfocus on taking good care of yourselffocus on letting go of those resolutions. Think about it, thank it for its help, and let go. Create a small part of an awesome habit in your life that will bring you the glory and fame of a life well-lived. Okay, perhaps not much of either of those will come your way from the outside world, but what about from inside you... These moments that we dedicate to ourselves are precious and priceless, they are powerful ways of creating continued success along our path of happiness and health. If you've done it once, you can do it again. Best of Luck and Effort Tell us how it goes! I'm going for 1 resolution deconstruction every three days or so, how about you? 1 The wise man is our own Shukar!
