So, looking at our book on yoga poses I am tremendously inspired to try new stuff, or alternate ways to get into or out of a pose. I thought we could do a bit of asking and answering and sharing here, as I see a lot of knowledge in the comments to the asanas in the book. I'll start by asking for tips on the wheel. Even though I practice a lot of arm balance (or rather some, not a lot) I still feel week and lacking the strength to press upp. Any thoughts?
