  1. The World Cup starts this week and so does this challenge. Good timing! Group A: It begins at home - Brasil The best exercises pit you against yourself. I'm going to follow the Primal Blueprint for fitness. This means dialing it down a notch from the last challenge in frequency but not intensity. Focusing on the basics: pushups, pullups, squats, and planking. Group B: Championship material - Spain Champions can out-run their opponents. The Primal Blueprint says we need to sprint so sprinting will be done. There will also be a low intensity run and lots of walking. Group F: Naprijed Bosno Ljubavi moja - Bosnia How do you say, "Beat Argentina/Iran/Nigeria!!" in Bosnian? I don't know and that's shameful. I should speak more of my partner's language given how long we've been an "us". Learn at least 5 new Bosnian words a week. Preferably non-swear words, but let's see how the first match goes. Group G: The Group of Death - USA We got a tough draw with Germany, Portugal, and Ghana. I'm going to need an outlet for the stress. Enter yoga. Probably a LOT of yoga.
