  1. My challenge goal is simple. I want to lose weight and feel better. I'm a cancer survivor who's always battled with her health and weight, and I no longer want to worry. 3 specific goals: 1) Lose at least 12 pounds in the six weeks. 2) Get to the gym 2-3 times a week, even just for 30 minutes. If the gym is totally not doable, be active at home. 3) Eat Paleo 5-6 days each week, still being healthy on non-Paleo days. Non-fitness goal- take the time each day to breath and assess my day, taking the time to prepare and face my work without getting stressed. LET'S DO THIS, FITNESS NERDS!
