Hi all, My name is David. This is my second challenge. Last one was a bit of a fail as I didn't really do much to meet my goals unfortunately But this time I know I have the motivation to do better and level up Woo! MY GOALS: (1) My first goal is to prove to myself that I have the motivation and dedication to do this challenge because most things I do lack those two very important things and then I don't do good example my first challenge. (2) Be able to fully complete 7 beginner body weight workouts in a row. (Can only do one now) (3) Run at least 10km without stopping. (4) Try to always have water with me and staying hydrated. (5) attempt the paleo diet eg swap cereal for fruit etc. So they are my five goals but the fifth goal is like a mini side challenge and must of my energy will be spent on the other four challenges.
