  1. I love to run, but last year due to injury i switched to cycling/spin classes. I've started back to running i've gone through the newbie runner aches, pains and adjustments. Running 3 and a half times a week, below is the time i have during the week to run. M: I run at home Monday and i have about an hour to warmup/run/cooldown, tend to run the 3.3mile loop near my house. W: i have exactly an hour to run/shower at work so I have to limit my lunch time work outs to about 30min. 1.5 or 3 miles. F: i have exactly an hour to run/shower at work so I have to limit my lunch time work outs to about 30min. 1.5 or 3 miles. Sat or Sun: I'll run with kiddo which tends not to be much of a run more of a stopping starting (he gets fussy) so i try to do "speed work" while pushing the stroller. or a spin class if i can get a sitter. I've been stuck at 10min/mile for weeks now its frustrating. if i could run faster i could sneak another mile into my work outs. is my training schedule OK? Been debating on adding in a longer run and making up the time at work.
