  1. Hi guys! I'm back to try this again. I was on NF about a year ago and fell off the bandwagon hard. Challenge #2 will be DIET Cook "real food" meals 4x a week with my family Track food daily for 21 days straight (TR-18 irradication) FITNESS Complete a 10+ minute bodyweight workout 3x a week. Take at least a 5 minute walk each day (and log for my Walk to Mordor) LEVEL UP YOUR LIFE Post on the NF forum daily to keep myself accountable and get my head in the game. Read and complete Rising Heroes quests daily.
