  1. Oof. I was doing great until my birthday party yesterday. My schedule consisted of eating cake, eating ice cream, lounging around, repeat. But now that all celebration is passed, it's time for me to hop back on the fitness bandwagon. With the help of my awesome Nerd Fitness hoodie I got from my siblings, I resolve to do more work than ever. I learned a lot with my last challenge, mostly about what goals were/weren't realistic. That being said, here are my new goals. 1. Binge read nerd fitness Excercise every other day with either the NF Beginner Bodyweight Routine, Kettlebell workout, or another of the NF circuit workouts. Furthermore, investigate what AMRAP is, and if it works for me. 2. Eat one serving of vegetables a day. I know its not much, but I need to start somewhere. 3. Start learning parkour. My brothers can do it, and it drives me nuts to not be able to, so I'm going to try it. I'm going to start with what Steve recommended ( 10 squats (building up to plyometric box jumps) 10 push-ups 10 leg lifts on your back with both legs 10 pull-ups) Everyday. Then start practicing actual parkour when I can do the above exercises without getting really tired. 4. Learn how to Deadlift
