  1. Hey, Doodlies! Welcome back! GROUP CLOSED! No more room, sorry! If you were with us last time and haven't got round to asking to join yet, well, I'll probably let you in. But apart from you, we're closed now. Sorry! We're the miscellaneous beings attempting to lose weight - we're each doing our own thing in that respect, but it's good to have a group with a common goal. Behold! This challenge's batch: Team List: Sarah Barr (Co-Captain), Deftona (Co-Captain), DrFeelgood, Sokkasm, Terah, Jare_Bear, Chiyou, LadyShello, Our.Lady.Of.Ashes, Polgara, cfpo721, Lightning, ShadowSeeker Follow as many people as you like, but don't overwhelm yourself; Co-Captains will try to follow at least half the squad each. We've had competitions before, but I think it was a bit too much pressure, so no competitions this time round. Just do you. Aim to stick to your challenge goals, not to lose weight specifically - if you're not losing weight, just sensibly adjust your challenge goals next time, and be happy that all that extra fruit, veg, water and exercise will still be doing your body good. If you can hand-on-heart say you worked hard today, that's excellent. Now go forth, and kick ass.

Your captain this challenge is Deftona, and the main accountabiddlydoodly thread (also Team 1's thread) is here! To join, go to the main thread linked above, say hello, and you'll be sorted into a team. Then once you're sorted, go follow as many people in that team as you want, and revel in the joy of fellowship and teammateship and other kinds of ships. Have fun!
  3. [sorry, we're well and truly full now!] Hey, Accountabiddlydoodlies! We did great last time, here's to a new challenge! New people: welcome, we're people who want to lose weight and plan on cheering each other on to make sure we stick to sensible goals to accomplish that! First: Read below! Second: Look at your challenge goals, make sure they're sensible. You want to make sure you're not eating too little, you want to make sure you're getting enough nutrients, you want to make sure your exercise plan is effective, but not going to break you by Week Two so you have to sit the rest of the challenge out. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Hurr. Third: If you want to join us, say hi, and link to your current challenge thread. Mention what you struggle with, and what you could help other people with. Fourth: We were so numerous we had to split into teams last time. We will do so again as soon as someone volunteers as Team 2's leader. I'll add team lists below once we split. Try and keep tabs on a couple of people in your team. If you have the time to follow your whole team or the whole group, great, but don't stress about following lots of people. Team 2's thread is HERE! This time round, we're not going to measure progress as weight lost - we're going to measure it as how many days you stick to your goals for. (So, you score yourself out of 7 at the end of each week, and the team with the highest average total that week wins the glory. Scores below.) If you lose weight, great, but the point is to work hard at your goals because if they're sensible, they'll do you good.
