  1. Hi! This is my first challenge as an assassin and I'm sooooo excited! I'm going to skimp on the bio here, you can learn more about me via my last challenge or my battle log if you're curious. I learned a lot about myself, my habbits and what works and doesn't via my last challenge. I seem to falter when it comes to cascading physical challenges. I tried strategically un-modifying pushups on the last challenge and it went horribly. So this challenge I am going to use a darebee program which will cascade for me without me having a say. My long term goal is to break into the aerial arts. After speaking with some resident aerial artists here I have decided to do an ab program. I am currently suffering from a knee injury and have been feeling super lost with my workouts. I think focusing on achieving a specific goal (being able to fly!) will really keep me motivated! There is sadly a glitch in this challenge for me. I will be attending GenCon from 7/29-8/2 and keeping to most of my challenges will be pretty terrible. So I modify my quests to be attainable for that week. My real challenge will start 8/3 when I'm home. I'm also starting school on 9/3 so I'm planning to be done with my fitness program by then! Here we go! (*challenges for week of GenCon*) Major Quest Lose 60 lbs This is outside the scope of this challenge, but I'll take any weight loss as a win Minor Quests Nutrition: Batch cook every Sunday for the whole week *Pack food to take to GenCon for week 1 and Batch Cook 8/3 for week 2* A= 6 Times B=5 Times C=4 Times D=3 times F=1 or 2 Times Fitness: Complete the Total Abs Program from Darebee walking 10 minutes as my warmup and doing alternating rows/pushups *Starting on 8/3* A= 27+ days B= 24-26 days C= 21-23 days D= 18-20 Days F= Less 18 Days Mental Fitness: Be in bed Sun-Thur by 11 and up M-F by 7 *Free days 7/28-8/3 and every Saturday* A= 38+ days B= 34-37 days C= 30-33 days D= 26-29 days F= Less than 26 days Life Side Quest Make 300 repacks weekly and apply all the $$ towards my student loan debt *Full points for week 1* Have my savings account refilled by the end of the challenge A= 100% B= 90-99% C= 80-89% D=70-79% F=Less than 70% Motivation Be at a physical level where I can regularly attend and participate in an aerial class. To be able to play again. Run, flip, trick, hike... all of the things I enjoyed in my youth.
