This is my first six week challenge ...and it is also the first time I have embarked on self-improvement with the understanding that it is possible to change! Main Quest --Lose weight and increase my strength. In this six weeks I aim to lose 3 kilos Goals --Exercise at least 5 days per week --Include weight sessions at least 2 days per week --Net 1200 calories per day Life Quest --Clear out the garage Motivation --I am no longer content with "average". I don't want to feel weak, or be afraid of reinjuring myself. I want to look in the mirror with pride and not flee from swimwear
