  3. Hi, I'm Heather Raptron. I do gymnastics, lift heavy things, wear lots of costumes, eat everything, and try to fit too many fitness activities into my life on a regular basis. I am currently in Week 10 of the Danger Method for my lifting program and my gymnastics team is gearing up for their Nationals competition in April, which I am not competing in this year because I've chosen to focus my efforts a bit differently this year.
