Currently I am living a rather unhealthy lifestyle. Lots of ice cream, hardly any water. I am weak and powerless. Everything is so dull. I want to be powerful and feel great. 1) Pick your goals. Main Quest: Lose 30lbs. Specific Goal 1: I am going to go for a walk of ten minutes every morning. Specific Goal 2: I am going to drink one liter water a day. Specific Goal 3: I am going to do the beginner body weight circuit every day. Specific ✔ Measurable ✔ Attainable ✔ Realistic ✔ Timely ✔ 2) Pick A Life Side Quest (If you want) I am going to study Russian one hour every day. I like to play DOTA 2 but I am going to stop playing. By using the DOTA principle for my quest I hope that leveling up in real life becomes more attractive to me than leveling up in DOTA. When I reach all three specific goals I get a 'kill' at the end of the day. When I fulfill the side quest I get an "assist". If I reach less than two of those four goals a day I receive a "death". You start at level 1 and can reach level 25. For this game now each level up I can buy an item. 2 kills --> one level up 14 assists --> one level up I still have to think about what I am doing about the "deaths".
