Hey guys! I have ALL the questions, because I'm naturally skeptical about everything and want to make sure I know what I need to before I start anything. 1. How do you get enough calories? 2. How do you achieve a balanced diet? 3. What are some adverse side effects I could experience going paleo? 4. I dislike sweet potatoes with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. Is there an alternative that is as healthy? 5. How do you not get BORED? Like seriously! I am American and I demand cheese! 6. Would almond butter work the same as peanut butter in a smoothie? I LOVE my peanut butter banana breakfast smoothies. 7. People who go 80% paleo, what do you cheat on? What results have you seen? 8. Cut the bull of advertising and hype. How have you personally benefited from being on the paleo diet? 9. I barely have time to cook most days of the week when school is in. Is paleo very time consuming? That's probably not it, but that's all I can think of right now. Don't worry about info overload being overwhelming. I have to read thoroughly or I won't do anything. Thanks!

OK ! Time to get started. As this is pretty new to me, Day 1 will begin with the purge of my kitchen. All snack foods ( I will miss that popcorn), breads, beans, rice, and flour is hitting the road. I will have to clean out the frig tonight as well (it needed to be done anyway). The baby steps into workouts: Dumbells - curls, overhead press, butterflys ( i only have 5-8# weights at the moment. Will have to invest in a free weight set I think) Squats - 20 reps/2 sets bodyweight only Lunges - 20 reps/2 sets Walk dogs - 30 min.
