  1. Okay so, no fast food from now until the end of the challenge. We shall not fail. We shall overcome the shortcomings of our societies. Fast food is NOT fantastic. It hurts, it distracts, and it stays with us far too long. ************************************************************************ Feel free to post things like: foods you ate instead,foods you said no to,feelings that come up when you consider fast food,the pre-recorded messages you fight off in your brain in order to stay away from the drive-thru. Anything is acceptable to post. If you need to say you feel like a loser because you can't seem to say no, then say it. BUT know that's the messages in your brain talking, not you. You, the you when you're calm and curious, isn't judging you at all. It's a state of, what some call, 'being in Self.' It's being centered, self-compassionate, and not afraid to try and fail and try again and succeed. If you find yourself being curious, you are likely in Self. When we are curious, we do not fear change or the unknown. Without that fear so close at hand, we can see more clearly what we truly want and have the energy and motivation to work towards it!! So, let's hear it. Let the monsters come out into the light. These monsters, these per-recorder thoughts and beliefs are what helped you survive until now. Honor that, but it's your power, take it back now. Thank the monsters, let them go do something fun, and assure them that you can deal with life now. SUPPORT YOURSELF AND OTHERS Let's get to it!!
