So my current dilemma has me wondering. I believe I need a belt for lifting (sigh) its not that I lifting to heavy, god....here is where honesty kicks in, im older and out of shape....oh, oh I also have ad form. So as for my question, is there a difference besides colors in weight lifting belts. Yes I understand that u want something thats kind of rigid but they are so uncomfortable. Also I didnt think I would need one, being a 100lb shoulder press isnt that heavy.
