New Wife New House New Job New Weights New phone (iPhone 4 finally upgraded) Old Work out Routine Old Paleo Diet TIME FOR THAT NEW BODY there have be alot of changes in the past 2 years that I have been away from NF. But I'm back and ready to Wreck house!!!! If any of you have followed me before I like to theme my workouts around something and this time it is going to be themed around lines from different songs! This sh*t got me ready to fight, n*gga!" Tech~N9ne Now that I have a basement, I am going to be starting to try and get back to my fighting weight and one of the ways I am going to do that is by doing atleast 3 rounds of 3 minutes on the punching bag a day! Well here I come, I'm droppin' plates on your ass bitch ~ Disturbed Again Now that I have a basement, I can lift as heavy as I want (or as heavy as my weights will let me) and NOT get yelled at by the idiot gym attendent tell me that its not good! BOOOYAAAA I am going to be hitting the weights atleast 3 times a week! Blowing on asparagus, the realest shit I ever smoked. ~ Young Jeezy I do not smoke but I am going to be going back onto the Paleo diet and this time doing it with the wife! 2 Cheat meals a week! (one will be used on sundays when we do out weekly shadowrun session) I will be commiting to atleast 3 updats a week MWF. Hopefully I will do more updates. Pictures will come of the new weight set up. AND as a special bonus, a picture few pictures from the honeymoon, including but not limited to, 1) pictures of the wife and I jumping the fire pit of the spartan race we ran together THE FIRST DAY OF THE HONEYMOON!, a picture of me rockin the NF shield shirt at the Boston Aquarium and many more!
