I have been kicking bum and taking names at doing pullups since last Summer. when I could once do only one, I can now do a maximum of nine in one set. my goal is to accomplish four sets of twelve, and i predict that i will get there, drawing from my progression. however, i am prevented from usually doing more than seven in one set because of the pain it causes my palms. i have developed wicked calluses, but the skin on my palms still gets stretched beyond comfort after about seven pullups. i do not want to wear gloves because i prefer to keep it primal, just like an ApeMan! what do y'all recommend i do to remedy this?
