  1. This is a marker for my new thread, which will be about consolidating the stuff I've learned about fitness and making some of it a habit. I've slipped rather over the last few months, with the result that I've gained fat and feel fed up and tired. One of my major issues is lack of good quality sleep, and that's largely down to working until ridiculous hours. So part of the new me is going to be stopping work at 10pm. It's now 21.55, and I'm going to turn my computer off NOW and go to bed on time so I can get up early to exercise.... see how it goes? Back tomorrow with more details. In the meantime, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
