  1. Last month we did 10 push ups a day. This month several of us are going to do deadhangs. Some of us still want to work on push ups. Or maybe there is some other bodyweight exercise you want to do daily. Pick something that you can do daily, set a goal for it, and then post here so we can encourage each other. Remember, if you are doing it daily, it should be a bit lower than you normal range, so that you don't tire yourself out.
