  1. Little backstory: been overweight since about grade 4 (am 34 as of monday). Had "heathy" weight bouts on and off (Kinda like oprah did for awhile). Wake up call came 5 years ago when I went to ER 5 times in 2 months with chest pains, difficulty breathing, and chronic fatigue/pain. Started tracking calories and dropped from 280 lbs down to about 220. Found NF from googling "How to run" after a dog adoption. Fell in love. Kept tracking cals and last September started the beginner's bodyweight circuit. Currently down to 198 (as of Sunday) with 19.6% BF (electric impedance method measurement). Longterm goals: Squat/Deadlift my bodyweight (not at the same time) Obtain 2k day streak on fitness pal Drop BF % to around 15% Hike every trail in Memphis TN Mile-marker goals: Continue tracking meals (1097 day streak) Have completed 2 weeks of Stronglifts 5x5 (started with just bar) Walk the dog daily (she is recovering from injury so walks are shorter, last night was 2 miles)
