  1. Hi! I thought I saw this mentioned somewhere on the forums, but now I can't seem to find it... I've been mostly paleo for a little while now and I want to make sure I'm getting enough calories and the ratio of carbs/protiens/fats right to be at my best for workouts. I've set up a myfitnesspal account, and I think that the calorie part is probably right, but what about the ratio? I see where to change it, but I'm not sure what to change it to...? What about the rest (types of fat, salt, vitamins, etc)? I'm 5'5'', 154.6 lb, trying to get down to at least 125 lb and also build some good muscle along the way. Any suggestions or sites that could help me figure this out? Thanks!!!
