Ok so I have spoke to a reputable contact, and her inform makes sence. Though I cant post a video of my form while doing, I can.say I am sure thats what it is a form issue, problem is I dont know exactly why.....I have been alternating between 100 pounds and no lower than 65 on my press....everything seemed good and I not struggling, its comfortable. But I seemed to disrupt something, being this just happened I can only assume its the lifting. Being that im positive its my form...2 things how do I correct if any help would be great and, how could I make my pics and or video so they fit the size for the forum....
