  1. Although I have done maybe 10-15 front squats before this, for all intents and purposes, these are my first, actually, these are my 11th to 15th today. Video on YouTube I don't know how to post it directly here so I'm using the link instead. Thanks

So i heard about how front squats are a great full body exercise, just like regular squats, and decided that i would give them a try. i got on youtube and watched a couple videos about the proper form and went to the gym!! when i got there i found that i could not get my elbows up in front of my where they should be (they want to go out to the sides) and after my very first two reps....*POP*...something in my back said "drop it!!" I guess what I'm asking about is, does anyone have any ideas for stretches or other ways i can increase the mobility in my shoulders and upper back so I will be able to do these without all the popage of the back muscles...
