  1. In the immortal words of Samuel L. Jackson, hold on to your butts! Cutting attempt numero uno is under way. Those of you that have been around my challenges know that hasn't exactly gone well for me in the past, however I will not fear of failure stand in the way of trying. So. We are going to make this happen. Post calories here for accountability, aiming to do this daily. (I may lie to MFP once in awhile, but I don't think I've ever lied to y'all.) Current target 1800. Still eating PB for now, but must measure it carefully Speaking of measuring, I will be more careful of that as well. I never stopped tracking, but mostly been eye-balling things lately. Secondary goal: Put clean laundry away Rolling goals: Active hangs/pull-up practice with doorway pull-up bar. 3 active minutes, 4 times/week. Daily Devo Skin care Walking. 8,000 steps minimum. Bonus level: 10,000. #Yoga365 730. Bonus level: 2 sessions/day. (Aiming for 3 bonus during work week, and 1 weekend day.)
  2. Committing to this challenge early. I think posting here can only help me, so again it's a similar goal: daily to do list. One step at a time.
