Not much to say right now (I think it's always like that when I first get my post up, huh?), but will say that my goals are simple and hard.
Water - at least 40oz/day
Writing - at least 1 hour/weekday
Posting here at least 4 times/week to talk about how I am and what things I've been doing to improve my lot in life... okay mostly just to improve my mood!
