Okay, so it's monday, the first day. There should be a challenge here. ... ... ... ... ... ... I recently read about the Hard Hat (thank you @Endor) and it resonated. You only need willpower for a short amount of time. Just get your hard hat on and let's get going: Making food choices, get on that hat and pick the right ones Feel like skipping the workout, put on the hard hat and let's go! So how is this challenge gonna work: Well i'm gonna offload all the actual work on to... Or better said, your accountability will be the source of this challenge. I'm gonna put on my hard hat and work through my daily stuff, and i will post it here for you to keep me in line (better said "that will keep me in line"). I'm not gonna put down hard numbers, cause i already know what's good for me, and especially what isn't. There is just one thing in my mind: LOSE THE I will post a daily summary of 2 things: - what did i do - what did i eat Sometimes it will be a small novel, sometimes it will be a list of things. But i'm reporting in!
