Oh, it's a new challenge! And I must embrace my dadness. So this will be quite the punderful 4 weeks. 1. Something's fishy: Swim once a week. Dealing with shoulder surgery recodvery (about 2 years now) has been bunch abolone. Butt, the last 6 months or so, my shoulder has improved by a significant marlin. Enough to try swimming again. So we'll give it a fry and seal what happens. 2. It's a Runderful life: Get at LEAST two runs a week. Last challenge I tried to run thrice a week, but I was always trying to catch up. My heart really wasn't in it. This time I am reducing it to twice, and not getting my blood up about doing my 5k app. I've got great shoes now, and I better, since they are my sole running mate. Maybe after these ones days I'll gradeuate to zero drops, or even barefoot running. But I doubt it will become a hobbit. 3. Give peas a chance: Eat veggies or salad twice a day. I'm bad about my greens. And I need to herb my carbohydrate intake. You won't bay leaf how off my radisheos are from where the gourd be. 4. Please fill out your form on the back. Practice cues in between each rep on compound lifts. My DL has rounding errors. I need to straighten that problem out. I'm sure I can iron it out within a single challenge. Just you weight and see. (Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Squat)
