  1. Since I did everything last challenge I wanted to, and almost in the way I should have done it, I see no reason to change. But there are some things I should not do: 1. Spend money. I am very poor at present, and there are little money coming in, so leave my wallet at home. 2. Eat badly I have picked up some bad habits over the last few months, and I should concentrate on what I am eating. As part of it I have to log into MFP every day and figure out how it works. And the things I must go on doing: 1. Yoga Do yoga every day. Preferably a full session of NF yoga. 2. Journal Wrote journal every day, using this template. I need to write something more than just cryptic notes. 3. Battle log I've got this battle log running in the background. As long as I do a little bit everything every day, my life improves a lot. Rise and shine 750 words, cleaning, bed garden meditation, movement shower German reading 4. Piano "You do not need talent to practice" Learn to play the piano. I started last challenge, a little bit every day.
