Hi all! I found this and thought I would try it - http://paleofood.com/recipes/veggies-roastedcauliflower.htm It's very nice! I used to make a bacon and broccoli pasta bake, and this reminds me of that taste. I wouldn't say its a popcorn replacement though...unless I am doing something wrong? I didn't add a lot of salt....I am not a fan. Instead of olive oil, could I try coconut oil for a sweeter taste? But what about the crunch? Thanks Wolfie
