  1. Main Quest You guessed it! Beating PROCRASTINATION. (it needs red lettering because of how bad it is) It itself isn't as "fitness-oriented" as most others, but this is the #1 thing that needs to be dealt with as soon as humanly possible. I am going to start to build good, healthy habits. I've dealt with procrastination for as long as I can remember, and having inattentive ADHD doesn't really help. This is the reason why I am where I am. This is why, up to this point, I've always ended up going back to square one. I can make as many excuses as I want, blame as many things as I want, blame the weather, blame the humidity (even though I really really loathe humidity), but I never blame myself. I have never thought to myself, "I need to change this type of thinking and not say 'I'll start it tomorrow'" up until a few days ago. Some of my tasks for this quest are: · Never skip a task 2 days in a row · Take advantage of my gym membership and actually, uh, GO! · Regularly log exercises · Go on NF and NFA for additional support and accountability. Reward: Level 1! Side Quests: Heart Rate Ever since I had a pulmonary embolism a little over a year ago, my heart rate has been terrible. Now is the time to change that. Resting: 104 beats per minute Resting Goal: 70 beats per minute Single Task: Be active for at least 30 minutes per day.Reward: Stamina - 1 point Eating I know for sure that I'm currently eating more than I'm supposed to, but I'm not completely sure. Why? Because I keep thinking to myself that the snack I ate 20 minutes ago didn't count because I ate it in less than two seconds. Woman, please. Single Task: Log everything that goes into my mouth.Reward: Wisdom - 1 point I can do this! yessss!
