  1. I wanted to start a Daily Battle Log for my future use, and to post stuff that is not really relevant (necessarily) to the Nov 11 Challenge. So here it is - my battle log. I don't really want to write a long introduction about myself... I'm 27. I'm an attorney. I eat food. I should move more. Paleo is good. Doctor Who. Stargate. Harry Potter. Ender's Game. Futurama.   2. Goal: Don't have a Crappy Holiday Motivation: Don't lose momentum over the holidays. Keep on track with paleo, continue working out. Do. Not. Binge. It just makes me feel awful. Eat like crap, feel like crap, look like crap. Don't have a crappy holiday! Plan: Eat mostly paleo, try a few days of Whole30. Leniency on Christmas and NYE. Run 3x/week, strength train 3x/week, do some extra cardio of walking or elliptical if I want to. Go to OA meetings if I feel it will be helpful. Points: Keep it simple. Follow the plan I lay out for myself. If I follow the plan, I get a point,
  3. Heyo! Sammy Shark here. This is my first ever challenge and I'm really excited to get started. I'll just layout my main quest and goals and life quest today. Plans of (shark) attack to come. Main Quest: Be comfortable in my own skin. Goal 1: Run 4 times per week to train for 5K race (Jan 12) Goal 2: Complete the beginners body weight workout 3x per week Goal 3: Eat 80/20 paleo 6 days per week Life quest: Go to two OA meetings per week.
