It's me again. 50M, current body weight 77Kg (170lbs), been following SS for 6 weeks. This time I'm squatting. It's at my current work set of 84Kg (185lbs), although I was concentrating so hard on my form that time, I dropped a rep my mistake (I was supposed to be doing 5)! https://youtu.be/XMkh3nxAigY I have trouble getting the bar in the right position (not low enough perhaps) due to some shoulder stiffness I'm working on, and I think something might be going on with my hip drive on the way up maybe? I'm generally happy with depth I think (see the mirror on the wall in the video), and most other things. Any pointers much appreciated though.
