My wife signed me up for a Superhero 5k on 5/29 followed up with a color run that Sunday. Most C25K programs are 9 weeks though. Should I start one on week 3 day 1 and push myself or start Week 1, Day 1 and hope I'm able to do the runs in week 7 of training? Is there a magic bullet 7 week program that I've not found that yet?
