  1. I wasn't going to do a challenge, but I heard this on the radio and I took it as a sign. Being a teacher, this is the start of a new year for me. I've learned over the years that the habits of the next few weeks will determine how the whole rest of the year will go for me fitness-wise. Thus I need to develop robotic habits quickly. Morning kettlebells and some cardio are what I'll focus on as I rebuild my oxygen processing capacity.
