The next 4 weeks… I am going to keep things simple and focus on getting ready for summer when I am on vacation and can get more complicated. This summer I plan on doing more real world running and run with other people. To get ready I will work on improving my running. Goal 1: Run. At least 3x per week. I am not going to put milage or time limits on my runs at this point. I may change this if I find myself wimping out. I continue to wage war against my thuttocks. I don't know if the squats are helping but they are sure not making them worse. Goal 2: Squat at least 4 days per week. I want to continue to eat mostly grain free. I have manage to eat all the grain free junk food I can get my hands on so I also want to focus on making better food choices overall. Goal 3: Eat grain free at least 5 days a week. Goal 4: Zero. Candy. Unless I am at the movies (not frequent) Goal 5: Log all food and exercise in My Fitness Pal Thats it. Pretty straight forward. Wish me luck. Cheer me on. Heckle me. I love it all.
