  1. So I know we're all about lifting, eating, and sleeping here, but I've been thinking about conditioning on and off for a long time, and lately feeling like my 4x/week lifting program is not enough. I was hoping to get opinions on how much conditioning is enough. I'm not interested in being able to run a marathon (right now) but I would like to have a decent level of speed and/or endurance. I'm not interested in switching my lifting routine either. Being strong remains my #1 priority. Is there a "base level" that I should be shooting for? And what's enough? Once a week? Twice a week? Do my runs to and from the gym count as "conditioning", even though they are only 4 minutes long? What about my sets of 10? That's definitely cardio So yeah. Just wanting opinions, etc.
