So I for whatever reason no longer have access to the gym(money)
i do however still have have a pair of running shoes and a couple of bars and dumbells and a bench.
However i only have 70kg of weight I can get on the bars at any one time. Now this is where I need help. I don't want to bulk up I just want to cut up and loose as much fat while retaining the muscle I have.
Do do I just up the reps till fail on each body part that I'm working that day or is there something else I can do? Barbell circuits? Is that a thing!? Haha please any advice is greatly appreciated.
