  1. Hello There! So, I got a gym eval yesterday and got my current weight... 276 pounds! 35% BF From 315lbs to 276lbs. I was 41% BF. Say what! I lost 39 pounds since December! I'm integrating weight training to tone out my body. Heres hoping! WOOT WOOT!! P.S. I'm full of energy. No lethargy or ill feeling. Eating well and plenty. Trying to lose in a controlled way. Thanks for caring!
  2. Been tracking calories, walking, weighing in, sweating, cussing for 5 years trying to listen to my body, and take better care of it. As of Saturday, I am NO LONGER A MEMBER OF THE 200+ club. Weighed in on Saturday at 198.4 lbs. Measured twice to be sure, 19.6% body fat (per electric impedance measurement so take that with the bottle of salt needed). Not resting on my laurels though, still goals to hit!
  3. Rode 78km of cross-country off road terrain on a mountain bike over 3 days for an outdoor ed camp. Very sore legs but it was great fun and experience. Didn't think I could make it through day 2, but I pushed myself, and I now think nothing is impossible if YOU believe that its possible!
